1) Definitions
The “Company” means Yasmins Studios Ltd. T/A Bespoke.
The “Client” means the person, firm or company requesting a quotation or placing an order with the Company Herein referred to together as “The Parties”
“Works” means any Goods and/or services provided by the Company as ordered by the Client
“Goods” means any materials or products supplied by the Company in order to carry out the Works
“Site” refers to the agreed place at which the Works are to be carried out

2) Application
These terms and conditions apply to any Works and/or Goods supplied by the Company to the Client.

3) Formation of Contract
All Works sold by the Company to the Client are subject to the Company’s terms and conditions and these shall take precedence over any terms and conditions referred to on any Client documentation.

4) Appointments & Cancellations
- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments take priority.
- Cancellation: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48hours or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

5) Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your booking is required for appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or no-shows within 24h of the appointment.

6) Refunds & Redos
- Refund Policy: We do not usually offer refunds on services however, if you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we may be able to offer a complimentary redo or if agreed offer upto a 50% refund. However any refunds issued means we will no longer be able to service you in future.
- Redo Policy: Redos must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

7) Health & Safety
Sanitation: We follow all local health guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitized environment. Tools and stations are disinfected between clients.
- Health Concerns: If you are experiencing any illness or have been exposed to contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
- Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

8) Children & Guests
- Children: We love children, but for their safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that you refrain bringing them to your appointments.
- Guests: Please limit the number of guests accompanying you to your appointment to ensure a calm and spacious environment.

9) Service Adjustments
- If a service needs to be altered (e.g., changing hair color or style), additional charges may apply. We will discuss any extra costs with you before proceeding.

10) Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (such as mobile payment apps).
- Gratuities are appreciated via cash, but not required and are left to your discretion.

11) Privacy
- We respect your privacy and ensure that any personal information shared during your visit (e.g., contact details) is kept confidential and only used for salon purposes.

12) Products & Retail
- All retail product sales are final. If you experience an issue with a product, please notify us for possible exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

13) Salon Etiquette
- Respect for Staff: Please be respectful to all staff members. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

14) Governing Law
These Terms of Trading shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
